The Foundation believes in building player from the bottom up. This programme includes a mentor for each of these players. We are conservative about wasting their talents, we therefore measures in place to prevent this. Creating a solid support while keeping the players wanting is delicate balance we continue to master.

We also have a support programme for tour caddies. Their cries have not gone unheard. We pull as much resource as we can for them having recognized they are a vital component to the Sunshine Tour. This initiative spearheaded by the wisdom and experience of our very own Duncan Cruickshank.We have an open policy with regards to charities. The Foundation may contribute to any other philanthropic initiative unrelated to golf, provided its in line with our guiding ethos.

Our team members have been working with Zanosi for a long time and know very well his preferences. This entity is strictly founded on his principles. Although he has already contributed significantly to the game, his foundation earnestly intends to further his legacy.

 More than the game itself, Zanosi enjoys nurturing talent and have it seen used correctly. Under his auspices at the Ernie Els foundation, he has made careers for youngsters for many years.

Throughout his guidance on and off the course, his slogan has always remained the same:
